These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bricks n Bytes website and the one-page report service. By using the site or requesting a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request a report.

01The service

Bricks n Bytes provides a complimentary one-page real-estate decision report modeled on the information you submit. The report is prepared by a licensed California real-estate professional and is intended to help you think through a sell, hold, rent, buy, or upgrade decision.

02No advice

The report is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Bricks n Bytes and its agents are licensed real-estate professionals, not Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), or attorneys. You are responsible for consulting the appropriate licensed professionals before making any tax, legal, or investment decisions.

03Accuracy of inputs

The quality of the report depends on the accuracy of the information you provide and on third-party data sources we use (such as market comps, tax tables, and public records). We make reasonable efforts to use accurate inputs, but we do not warrant that every number is exact or that future outcomes will match modeled projections.

04No obligation, no listing agreement

Requesting a report does not create a listing agreement, a buyer's representation agreement, or any other client-broker relationship. You are under no obligation to list, buy, sell, or do anything else after receiving the report.

05Intellectual property

The website content, the report format, the underlying models, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Bricks n Bytes. You may use your own report for personal decision-making and share it with your advisors, but you may not republish, resell, or commercially redistribute it without our written permission.

06Acceptable use

• Don't submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Don't submit information about a property or person you have no right to inquire about.
• Don't attempt to interfere with, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or models.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bricks n Bytes and its agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on the report. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the site or the report is to stop using them.

08Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

09Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
